Returns and Exchanges
At Piplo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with suppliers to fulfill your orders, please review our return and exchange policy below to understand how it works.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are personalized or marked as non-returnable in the product description cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a reason for the return, and any supporting photos. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to return the item. Note that the return address may be different from our warehouse as it may be directed to the supplier.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the item price only. Shipping costs are not included unless the return was due to a defect or error.
Exchanges
- Limited Exchanges: We offer exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and for shipping any replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs if applicable.
